Initially got excited at the prospect of having found a recognised pest which is under quarantine, however after more cross-referencing on the Internet there are 3 or 4 beetles that look exactly the same at first glance. The pesty asian longhorn beetle doesn't like pine forests apparently and has not been recorded present in the Alps. So our friend is a native german bug!
